2026年4月10日（金）から5月3日（日）までK ART GALLERYにて、Sayaka Miyauchiの個展、『遠い土地の夜を見ている』を開催いたします。
展示初日の4月10日はオープン時間を12:00-20:00に延長し、作家も在廊いたします。この機会にぜひお越しください。


-Artist Statement-
惹かれる色が変わったのか、表現の幅が増えたのか、色との向き合い方が複雑になってきているように感じます。ですが、変わっていく感覚のなかにも変わらずそこに在り続けるものがあります。ずっと好きで描いてきた、あの風景の一瞬は「地球影」と呼ばれる地球の影でした。名前を知ったことで、描いてきたものの意味が私のなかで輪郭を持ちはじめ、描く理由も、そこに込める思いも以前より強く確かなものになったように思います。

本展は、今の私とこれまでの私が、混じり合った変化の先にたどり着いた現在地です。ぜひご覧いただけましたら幸いです。

-Artist Profile-
宮内 紗也果
1996年生まれ。武蔵野美術大学視覚伝達デザイン学科を卒業。グラフィックデザイナーをする傍ら、アーティストとして作品制作を行う。

K ART GALLERY is pleased to present “Watching the Night of a Distant Land,” a solo exhibition by Sayaka Miyauchi, on view from April 10 (Fri) to May 3 (Sun), 2026.
On the opening day, April 10, the gallery will extend its hours from 12:00 to 20:00, and the artist will be present at the gallery. We warmly invite you to visit on this special occasion.


-Artist Statement-
I sometimes wonder whether the colors that draw me in have changed, or if my range of expression has simply expanded. Perhaps my relationship with color itself has become more complex. Yet within these changing sensations, there is something that has remained constant.

For a long time, I have been drawn to capturing a fleeting moment in the landscape I love to paint. That moment is the Earth's shadow, known as the “Belt of Venus.” Learning its name gave a clearer outline to what I had been painting all along. Since then, the reason I paint it—and the feelings I place within it—have become stronger and more certain.

This exhibition represents the point where my present self and my past self meet: the place I have arrived at through these changes. I would be very happy if you could come and see it.


-Artist Profile-
Born in 1996. Graduated from the Department of Visual Communication Design at Musashino Art University. While working as a graphic designer, she also produces work as an artist.
